Welcome Dinner & Dancing

September 4th, 2026

Snow King, Jackson Hole

6:00pm - 11:00pm (please arrive to the base of the gondola between 5:45pm and 6pm to upload)

Join us for the official start of the weekend at the top of Snow King Mountain at Aurora. Come ready to enjoy a meal, drinks, and a magical view of the Tetons. To access Aurora, you take the gondola located at the base of Snow King Mountain, and then will be directed to the building on your right upon arrival at the top of the mountain.

COCKTAIL ATTIRE: Dresses and suits, no tie — save your cowboy hats and boots for the cookout! There will be no walking on grass. We highly recommend bringing a warm shawl or jacket for when it gets chilly as the sun goes down.

Western Cookout

September 5th, 2026

Split Creek Ranch, Jackson Hole

5:00pm - 9:00pm

Join us for a true Wyoming evening! Dinner is located at Split Creek Ranch, a family-owned local ranch with a western saloon. Come ready to enjoy a rustic cookout experience, fresh drinks, and outdoor games.

Transportation: Shuttles will be provided, leaving the Cloudveil beginning at 4:30pm. Please arrive between 4:25pm and 4:45pm to load the shuttles. They will be available throughout the evening to return to town as needed. Please note there is no parking on-site at Split Creek, so all guests need to take the shuttles.

Your best western Attire: Bring your most western outfit! Denim, fringe, suede, cowboy boots, hats, and bolo ties are welcome. We highly recommend bringing a warm shawl or jacket for when it gets chilly as the sun goes down.
